About our Founder

I bring 20+ years across agency, in-house and consulting, and that range made me a chameleon. Sportswear, tech, nonprofit, and plenty more in between. Global brands like Meta, adidas and Macy's, and corporate partners including Skechers, Zappos and Petco.


But the work I love most isn't always for the biggest name. It's for the brands building something real, who need a communications partner who genuinely gets it and delivers something that feels unmistakably them.

I started With Intent to deepen my work in brand storytelling. When a project calls for more firepower, I pull in a trusted network of senior strategists, content creators, and digital experts. Boutique attention with a deep bench.


We also keep one web client in rotation at all times. It's where strategy, narrative, and design converge, and is one of my favorite kinds of storytelling.

For brands starting from scratch. We develop your complete foundation: mission, positioning, narrative, tone, messaging guidelines and identity. A tight brand kit and message house informs every touchpoint moving forward.

Refine

For brands with something already there. We audit your existing presence, identify what's working and what isn't, and sharpen it into something cohesive. You'll gain clear guidelines and a brand voice you can actually maintain.
